These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of HAC design‘s Website (https://hacdesign.com).

PAYMENT
All orders must be paid in full upfront. I start to create your order when the payment is received. You can choose between these payment methods:
PayPal:
PayPal is a secure and easy payment solution that is free to use to pay for something on the internet. A lot of shops online offer this payment method because it’s quick and easy (instead of entering your credit card number, you only have to enter your password). If you don’t have an Paypal account, but want one, get it here. It’s also possible to pay with Paypal without an account with your Visa / credit card. Then you enter the card number, expiration date and CVC number. PayPal takes care of the payment and doesn’t share your account information or credit card information with me. Stripe:
If you want to pay with your credit card, choose Stripe and enter the card number, expiration date and CVC. Stripe takes care of the payment and doesn’t share your credit card information with me. Stripe is certified to the highest industry standards for security and all card numbers are encrypted. You can read more about Stripe here.
GIFT CARDS
You can get both digital and physical gift cards. If you want one, send an email to: angelica@hacdesign.com
SHIPPING
I try to ship orders within 1-3 weeks, depending on inventory and special orders. Each jewelry comes in a jewelry box and if it’s a gift, it’s possible to send directly to the recipient.
HAC design is not responsible for delayed, damaged or stolen package after it’s sent. If you want a tracking number or insured shipment, notify me when ordering. All orders are shipped via Posten, Norway Post Office. I will let you know when the order is sent.
Shipping cost:
Norway: $6
Europe: $8
Rest of the world: $10
Shipping cost is the same no matter how many items you order!
Estimated shipping times:
Norway: 2-5 days
Europe: 1–3 weeks
Rest of the world: 2–5 weeks
Be aware that shipping times can vary and is out of my control.
Customs and import taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.
ORDER DEADLINES FOR CHRISTMAS GIFTS:
Your Photo: 11. December
Finished design: 16. December
REFUNDS
If there is a fault in the goods, you can choose to have it repaired (if possible), replace it in a similarly priced item or get a refund. The buyer must give written notice of claim within a reasonable time after purchase. All expenses in this regard will be refunded. Wear that occurs in normal use does not get refunded. This also applies to any water damage, since it’s not recommended to expose the jewelery for larger amounts of water (by showering, swimming, heavy rain etc.). Photo jewelry that are embedded in crystal-clear plastic should not be stored in direct sunlight for extended periods. Note that several metals oxidizes/corroded in contact with air, water, sweat etc., and this does not provide warranty.
RETURNS
Items must be returned within 56 days from the day of shipment (outside of Norway). The unused item must be returned in its original packaging and be in the same condition as it was delivered. You must cover postage for the return and ensure proper packaging. Once the item is received, your credit card or PayPal account will be credited with the price of the item. If you wish to exchange it for another product, let me know.
Note: Special orders are not returnable (Your Photo etc).

If you find any link on my website that’s offensive for any reason, you are free to contact and inform me any moment. I’ll consider requests to remove links but I’m not obligated to or so or to respond to you directly.
